Bismarkia Palm - Bismarkia noblis

A slow to moderate growing outdoor palm tree, Bismarkia noblis or Bismarkia Palm will reach around 8m in height.

An attractive fan type palm that is suited to tropical and sub tropical climates. Bismarkia are a fan shaped palm often used in street planti ngs in ideal situations these single trunked palms can reach 30m.

Bismarkia palms come in two forms, a green form and a blue form. Drought and frost tolerant, full sun for best conditions.

Silvery blue/green foliage will form a canopy of 7 - 8m, with large fan type spike free fronds make this an elegant palm for many landscaping situations.

Care

This is a hardy palm with a non invasive root system. Large growing and requiring a sunny open position to perform well. Good drainage is required.
