A new release Pittosporum 'Green Sheen' is an exceptionally drought tolerant cultivar with vibrant green foliage and cream veins with dark purple stems. A medium to fast growing pittosporum with a nice dense growth habit. Use as a screening or hedging plant, as a background plant or as a foliage plant. Pittosporum tenuifolium Green Sheen evolved during a period of worst drought in modern times and so far has proven to be very hardy plant, green sheen has shown to require less water than many other hedging plants throughout the seasons, but does respond well to deep watering in the hotter periods.
